About Autumn
Greetings, fellow Traveler! My name is Autumn Diamond, and I am a traveller, like you.
For most of my adult life, I suffered a sense of being profoundly lost in life, with a sense of having an unrealized potential, but which I could not find a path to realizing. I was often in a depressed mood, had anxiety all the time, and my anger was easy to trigger. I recognized the state I was in, but felt powerless to change it, even with therapeutic intervention.
Feeling like I was getting nowhere with other approaches, I decided to look into psychedelics and Shadow work in late 2020, and the results were more profound than I could have anticipated! I began working on integrating my Shadow Self, revealing the psychological underpinnings of my subconscious self-sabotage. After 18 months of uplifting sessions and tremendous revelations, I had a transcendent breakthrough. My awakening brought radical Self-acceptance and a shift of my sense of Self. I was freed from the captivity of those toxic perspectives and emotions, expanding the potential of life that I allowed myself to experience. With my third eye open to an integrated psyche and new sense of Self, I emerged from those experiences with a new found joy for life and sense of purpose. I am now committed to expanding my competencies in areas surround healthy mental well-being, particularly across the disciplines of psychology, psychoanalysis, and psychedelic therapy. I offer guidance to other seekers as a commitment to my own life purpose. I’m gentle and stern, wise and curious.
If you find yourself in patterns of negative Self talk and limiting thinking or behaviour and you are interested in breaking those patterns, please consider reaching out through my booking form.
I offer a complementary introductory video call, and I look forward to meeting You!

On Psychedelics!

On the psychedelic medicine front, I work solely with psilocybin (“magic mushrooms”, although this image only shows a normal, non psycho-active mushroom growing in my moss patch). I began using this medicine in 2020 to support my own journey, and have continued to build knowledge and competency of the effects, efficacy, and applications of these medicines and therapies to help people transcend their “stuckness”.
I believe strongly in the power of psychedelics in a therapeutic context, particularly through a Jungian psychoanalytic lens, when used as a tool to help facilitate healing and resilience in metacognition, emotional reactivity, mood, anxiety, relationships, and life direction. I have personal experience with these medicines in the above areas, resulting in an “opening of the third eye”, dissolution of the fear of death, discovery of life purpose, and radical Self love and acceptance. Unfortunately, current legal restrictions around these medicines make them inaccessible to many, leading many to self-medicate, which can be risky and ineffective, especially when done without the support of an experienced Guide. Although your healing will inevitably arise from within, the therapeutic alliance you build with your Guide will lay a critical fabric for introspection and meaning making along your journey, and will serve as your safety net as you navigate the inevitable rough terrain of your soul.
Why consider me as your Guide?
At the end of the day, you need to feel like you can tell your Guide anything about your life. The depth to which you are prepared to peel the onion of your psyche will correlate strongly to the progress that you make and level of wholeness you are able to integrate. The “therapeutic alliance” between you and your Guide correlates strongly with positive psychedelic outcomes.
I offer a complementary introductory video call so we can become acquainted and decide on a course of action. Please check back for more resources and offerings as I continue to develop my practice!
By committing ourselves to be available to hold space for your emotional field, we have an obligation to prioritize our own Self-healing as a life-long practise. This includes a commitment to learning, such as learning new modalities and intervention techniques. Your Guide should demonstrate a commitment to maintaining and developing their emotional and professional capacities, and a commitment to their own growth comparable to what they hope from you.
I have recently completed the Advanced course in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy through ATMA, and am currently investigating advancing my professional development with specific training in complementary therapeutic modalities. I am currently a first-year undergraduate student in the field of Psychology.
To ensure your safety, the Guide should have extensive personal experience with whichever medicines you intend to use. They should be able to communicate a clear, safe process to prepare you for medicine day, and help familiarize you with what to expect from the experience itself. Your Guide is responsible for establishing a safe container within which to dutifully watch over your person while your psyche addresses more serious matters.

These medicines have transformed my life in perhaps one of the most significant ways imaginable. I have been working with high “hero” dosages of this medicine directly since late 2020. Since my awakening in 2022, I’ve been living my Truth and best Self. Liberated from previous psychological constraints, I have embarked on a journey that I hope inspires others to embark on a similar path towards Self Actualization. My spirit, the conductor of an orchestra of the psyche, playing our own unique composition for others to resonate with. 🎶 With some direct client experience under my skirt, I am fulfilled by having helped make changes in people’s lives. As I continue to expand my competencies and my practice offerings, it would be a privilege to learn who you are and what you are going through, to investigate the possibility of making the journey together.

Are Psychedelics Right for You?
Psychedelics may not be a good fit for some people. The risks and efficacy of psychedelic interventions can vary from person to person. Certain mental health diagnoses and pharmaceuticals can restrict the efficacy of the medicines. I believe in working within my wheelhouse, so if we uncover any contraindications, I will help facilitate or refer you to appropriate care.
I am not a Registered Psychotherapist. I cannot provide or prescribe psychedelic medicines, nor recommend a source.
