Facets of Serenity is a space for grounded inquiry into meaning, experience, and integration – an exploration of the self, mind, and being through perspectives borrowed from philosophy of mind and being, depth and social psychology, and spiritual practises; based on work derived from my own transformative experiences.
Orientation
When experience is integrated rather than idealized, it tends to deepen responsibility, humility, and care for others. Integration of psychic experience can lead to transformative change. Automatic patterns dissolve and are replaced by a new noetic confidence. Deep introspection pathways offer significant potential for healing that is constrained by western diagnostic models. Sense of self, shaped by society and family history, wire our automations in ways that often remain elusive to us – misunderstood or just – missed entirely. My work aims to reframe the ways we look at ourselves to live in peace with our histories and expand our sense of potential.

How I Work With People
I work with people who are already oriented toward self-inquiry and are looking for support with integration, not quick answers.
My role is not to diagnose, prescribe, or direct your life. Rather, I walk alongside you as we make sense of what is emerging. Our work is grounded in careful attention to lived experience — thoughts, emotions, bodily responses, relationships, and patterns that repeat over time. I draw from psychological frameworks, philosophies of mind and being, depth and social psychology, spiritual practices, and somatic introspection where useful, without treating any method as universal.
This is collaborative work. You bring your experience; I help provide structure, reflection, and a steady presence for inquiry.
Fit
This work tends to fit best with people willing to engage honestly with themselves, stay present with uncertainty and discomfort, and take responsibility for how inner change shows up in their life and relationships. If you’re seeking diagnosis, prescription, spiritual authority, or crisis support, this likely won’t be the right fit.
If this resonates, the next step is simply a conversation – an opportunity to see whether the work feels supportive and appropriate for where you are. Or to learn more about me first, click here.
